Coperni offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with security tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Place the items in their original Coperni packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking number for your records.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
